Orchman Roadmarking recognises that high standards of health and safety are an important part of a successful business.  


We acknowledge Health, Safety and Welfare is a responsibility of equal importance to production and quality of service, to be pursued through the continuing professional development of employees.  We ensure the provision of expert advice to achieve improvements in Health and Safety.


Our team are equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and have up to date training in Health and Safety Practices.


All of our team are accredited by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme and are holders of up to date CSCS cards.  Orchman Roadmarking are CHAS accredited.


Prior to works commencing, a full risk assessment will be carried out and a detailed Method Statement will be provided. A copy of Orchman Roadmarking’s Health and Safety Policy will also be provided to all clients prior to works commencing.

We use a variety of different professional paints including chlorinated rubber traffic paint, 1& 2 pack epoxy, water borne paint, polyurethane, MMA (Methylmethacrylate) and Hycolour 193.   Paint is commonly used for marking underground car parks as well as highways, zebra crossings etc.  We use an airless sprayer for proffessional application.  We will assess the surface prior to advising on the most appropriate product.






The thermoplastic we use is manufactured and kitemarked to BS EN 1871:2000 and is supported by Road Trial Certificates to BS EN 1824.


Thermoplastic markings are of high quality and have excellent durability.  We have the plant and equipment required to lay Thermoplastic in large quantities.
